These handcrafted cutting boards are crafted from quality maple, accented with strips of rich walnut for a beautiful contrast. Designed for both food preparation and serving, their smooth, even surface makes them perfect for chopping, slicing, and displaying a wide range of foods from cheeses and charcuterie to appetizers and desserts. Each board is meticulously assembled with food-safe, water-resistant glue to ensure durability and safety for everyday use. After the pieces are assembled, we sand the surface to a smooth, even finish, removing any glue residue for a clean, visually appealing look. The edges are rounded and sanded, creating a comfortable grip, so you won’t feel any sharp corners digging into your hands.

The larger version of the cutting board features the same high-quality craftsmanship and materials, but adds a beautiful cherry accent alongside the walnut strips. This combination of maple, walnut, and cherry offers an even richer, more striking contrast, making it both a functional kitchen tool and a stunning serving piece.

The Cutting boards are then finished with our proprietary blend of beeswax and food-grade mineral oil to protect the wood and highlight the natural grain.

Each purchase will include care instructions for the cutting board.

Care Instructions:

  • Hand wash with warm water & mild dish soap.
  • Do not place in the dishwasher, this will dry them out and lead to cracking.
  • Do not soak, this will lead to warping, cracking and may swell leading to the pieces separating. 
  • Blot dry with a towel and allow to air-dry completely before storing.
  • Reapply either a food-grade mineral oil or our blend of beeswax & food-grade mineral oil when the spatula appears dry or feels rough.
